Did you have any experience in performance arts before drag?
Yes I actually went to high school for dance but before then I was training in studios and performing at local theaters. My love for the arts was always a burning passion. When I found drag it allowed me to use all my skills I had been building up into one art form.
What is your favorite part of performing?
My favorite part of performing is the adrenaline you get before going on stage and then that feeling of bliss joy when you finish and hear the audience going nuts for you! That’s what I live for and what keeps me coming back.
What decade influences you and your drag the most? Why?
Right now my drag is very inspired by the Y2K era, I grew up in it and wanted to be out living my grown life in it. Since I was so young I couldn’t so now I’m going back and living my best life as the Y2K me I really wanted to be!
What is something everyone should know before attending their first drag show?
Please please please do not touch the entertainers without their permission on or off stage, during show hours or even after you’ve had way too many cocktails. Mater a fact don’t touch anyone without consent ever, also bring money to tip it’s the best way to get a performer's attention!
Tell us about your pet(s).
I’m a mother of two beautiful girls! Kedzie is a Yorkipoo and Chulie is a Multipoo. I also have a baby boy named Bear who actually lives with his mommies and he’s a Terrier!
What are some of your favorite places to eat in the city?
I’m a huge foodie even though I’m a bit picky. I do try everything once though so I can make a fair judgment on what I do and do not like. Some of my favorite places to go in the city are Centro, Wakame and Eggys just to name a few.
